Scheduled - The *.ttaprt.dev.tungstencloud.com lower environments (dev2, dev3, dev4) will be upgraded to 2025.2.1. This will result in a complete outage of all lower environments during the maintenance window. All TotalAgility customers will need to upgrade their integration servers and transformation designer after maintenance is complete.

If Professional Services (PS) assistance is needed for the TotalAgility 2025.2.1 upgrade, please contact PS as early as possible before the scheduled upgrade day.

Platform Enhancements

Cloud Agnostic S3 Compatibility: Enables greater flexibility with cloud-agnostic integrations for seamless, enterprise-wide print workflows.

Capture Data Sovereignty: Support local data retention by enabling data to remain within your infrastructure. This is achieved by bypassing Printix Cloud-based document processing and routing.


MFD Go Client Enhancements

Basic Accounting: Added for Canon platform
Capture Metadata: Now supported on Ricoh platform
Capture Scan Setting: Now supported on Ricoh platform
Capture Zero Trust: Now supported on Ricoh platform


Take Note

Starting with Printix 2025.4:
Windows 10 will no longer be supported, in line with Microsoft’s end of support. We’ll still assist with support tickets, but fixes may require upgrading to Windows 11. Thank you for your understanding .

PC and Mac Client Updates:
Clients will not be automatically updated in this release and are on hold until early 2026.
A new set of enterprise-friendly deployment options will arrive in early 2026, offering:

Phased deployments

Client version control

Option to opt out of automatic updates



Automated updates will remain available as a choice.

In the meantime, clients may still be updated manually or by the customers preferred deployment option.
