The AP Essentials Root Certificate Authority has changed again this year. Customers with API integrated solutions to AP Essentials will need to remove the old Digicert Global G2 Root & Intermediate certificate authorities and *.readsoftonline certificates from their certificate store and then import the new *.readsoftonline and "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority" Root CA. We’ve provided instructions on how to export the new certificate from the AP Essentials website here in our Knowledge Base The import procedure for each customer will vary depending on the ERP or integration.
