Important Update: SSL Certificate Renewal Process for Tungsten AP Essentials

Scheduled - At Tungsten Automation, we prioritize the security and reliability of our services. To maintain the highest standards of encryption and authentication, we update the SSL certificates for all AP Essentials websites and mail servers on a regular basis. SSL certificates are critical for authenticating a website's identity and ensuring secure, encrypted connections between your systems and Tungsten AP Essentials.



What’s Changing?
Starting April 20, 2026, Tungsten Automation will update the AP Essentials SSL certificate.



Note: Tungsten Automation will transition to updating SSL certificates twice per year, rather than the current annual schedule. This change aligns with evolving security standards and ensures continued compliance with industry best practices



Action Required for API Users
If you are a partner or customer using custom API code that relies on end-to-end SSL (HTTPS) authentication and encryption, you will need to import the updated SSL certificates to maintain uninterrupted service. Please refer to the following Knowledge Base article for detailed instructions on exporting the new certificates, which you can then import into your system:

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Please be advised that the lower NA tenant systems [*.tta.dev.tungstencloud.com (dev2,dev3,dev4,ps,qat,uat)] will be updated with the following hotfix: 2026.1.2.FIX 25349. There will be a short outage as the hotfix is installed.

Web Capture Control (WCC) will be updated to 11.5.0.377 as a part of this update. NA customers should update the WCC on their systems once the maintenance is complete. Supplier Portal Production SSL Certificate Renewal Apr 27, 2026 06:00-08:00 EDT

The certificate for readsoftonline.com which is used in Production tenants only, will be renewed on Monday 27/04/2026 at 06:00 AM EDT. You will need to install the new certificate in your SAP system.

TTA Cloud - Partners Dev Upgrade May 20, 2026 14:00-18:00 EDT

The *.ttaprt.dev.tungstencloud.com environment will be upgraded to 2026.2.1. This will result in a complete outage of all dev environments during the maintenance window. It is recommended that all TotalAgility customers upgrade their integration servers and transformation designer after maintenance is complete.

If Professional Services (PS) assistance is needed for the TotalAgility 2026.2.1 upgrade, please contact PS as early as possible before the scheduled upgrade day.
